Job Duties:
- Ensure operational flow throughout the negotiation, implementation, monitoring and management of the demolition project.
- Delivering exceptional leadership for demolition project teams nationwide
- Building and motivating our people to meet project goals while adhering to their duties and responsibilities.
- Daily scheduling of all plant, material, and personnel assuring that the site is fully operational.
- High level of cost and budgeting knowledge and management.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in completing the projects safely and in compliance with strict deadlines and budgets.
- Creation of management plans (SSSP, DMP etc.) and site paperwork as required
- Implementation and monitoring of health and Safety management systems.
- Prepare regular reports, analysis, research and proactively identify profits and prevent potential project losses.
- Make timely recommendations and actively participates in updating strategies, programmes, processes, training and policies.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Experienced with Project Management software and Microsoft office suite
- Proven leadership skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Project management qualification
- Knowledge of asbestos and/or civil works a bonus

- Full and current driver’s license

Job Duties:
- Daily scheduling of all plant, material, and personnel to be correctly operational for site.
- Deliver the characterisation, demolition, and restoration phases of the project.
- Involved with the documentation to meet safety, quality, cost, and programme objectives by implementing the strategy as defined in the contract.
- Liaise regularly with senior internal and external stakeholders to expedite efficient and safe project delivery
- Sound fiscal knowledge and responsibility for demolition operations and projects, in general.
- Actively involved with equipment management, maintenance, transportation, reviews, recommendations for purchase, etc.
- Waste management and recycling (skips, trucks etc.)
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a demolition supervisory role
- Wheels, Tracks & Rollers
- Strong understanding of demolition methods e.g., cut and crane, high reach etc.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, waste management, etc is advantageous)
Role requirements:
- Full and current driver’s license
